Bethany hires alumna for admissions position

Lisa Runnebaum Kidd will join the Bethany College Office of Admissions as an admissions representative. She will begin July 12.

At Bethany, Kidd will be responsible for marketing the college to prospective transfer and high school students. She will build relationships with prospective students and their parents through recruitment activities, events, travel and communication.

Kidd earned her bachelor of arts in criminal justice from Bethany in 2009. While at Bethany, she served as an academic resource coordinator and participated in the Law and Order Club and volleyball. In 2008, Kidd was named KCAC Player of the Year. She also earned first team all-KCAC honors three years and was a four time academic all-KCAC player. Last season, she served as an assistant volleyball coach at Bethany assisting in coaching fundamentals and recruiting student-athletes.

Previously, Kidd worked as a community consultant with the Central Kansas Foundation in Salina, Kan. She has also worked as a file clerk for the 28th Judicial District Court Clerk’s Office and as a student assistant for the criminal justice department at Bethany.
