What’s next for the Class of 2013

CAMPUS    5742Bethany College alumni welcomed 116 new members to their ranks when the Class of 2013 graduated on May 19. This class joins thousands of other Swedes whose adventures are unique except for one fact—that they began at Bethany.   • Collin Carlson will teach social studies at Salina South High School in Kansas.
  • Monica Chapman will teach and coach tennis in Florida.
  • Dwila Busse works at the McPherson County District Attorney’s office.
  • Courtney Billinger heads to Derby, KS, to join their police force.
  • Ashley Conrad will attend Hastings College to work on her Master of Arts in teaching.
  • Shelby Broeckelman will attend Wichita State University to complete the physician assistant program.
  • Kyle Allen works for United Bank & Trust.
  • Tateme Babi is a steward at Science Care and a representative at a network marketing company.
  • Nichole Gamberg will teach fourth grade at Heusner Elementary School in Salina, KS.
  • Kelsey Heronemus works at NuVita Health & Wellness Clinic in McPherson, KS.
  • Lindsey Dougal will be employed as a dental assistant and hopes to attend dental school.
  • Lisa Faimon will teach in Stratton.
  • Alexandria DeLong will be the art teacher at Holcomb Middle School in Kansas. She will also be the head middle school volleyball coach and girls’ basketball coach.
  • Adam Hutchison will attend the University of Kansas to work on his doctorate in physical therapy.
  • Cortni Decker will attend Wichita State University to study Physical Therapy.
  • Jessica Hake will start the physician assistant program at Wichita State University this June.
  • Blake Hosey is the project manager at Peak Equipment.
  • DeCelia Fraser will teach seventh grade math at Lakewood Middle School in Salina, KS, and will attend Baker University for her master’s in education.
  • Colton Grove will teach at Republic County Elementary School.
  • Olivia Fabrizius will teach seventh grade English at South Middle School in Salina, KS. She will also coach seventh grade girls’ basketball.
  • Alex Fambrough plays football for the Wichita Wild. He will soon begin working toward his master’s degree in education at Newman University.
  • Brandon Martino will work for the Air National Guard.
  • Gil Navarro is the primary counselor at Saint Francis Community Services. He will also attend graduate school at Emporia State University.
  • Samuel Nipe works at Osborne Industries.
  • Jon Kaehn will teach and coach football in Texas.
  • Lindsey Pfenninger will work as a primary counselor at Saint Francis Community Services.
  • Sabrina Scroggin will teach physical education and health at Turner Middle School in Kansas City, KS. She will also coach volleyball and track.
  • Dillon Steppe is a personal trainer at Genesis Health Club in Salina, KS.
  • Michelle Pihl teaches dance at the Tamara Howe School of Dance in Salina, KS, and at The Ottawa County Dance Company in Minneapolis, KS. She is also the high school dance coach for Smoky Valley High School.
  • Stephanie Schell will teach special education at South High School in Salina, KS.
  • Maggie Pihl is attending Wichita State University’s physical therapy program.
  • Shannon Singleton will attend pharmacy school.
  • Jessica Ziegler teaches algebra and geometry at Sacred Heart High School in Salina, KS.
  • Jensen Wolff will attend graduate school at Colorado State University working towards a master’s in mechanical engineering.
  • Zach Waggoner plays football for the Salina Bombers.
  • Adam Weishaar works as a teller at First National Bank. He will be joining the U.S. Navy.
  • Trenton Terrill will attend the University of Kansas Medical School to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
  • Andrea Werner will attend East Tennessee State University.
