The exhibition includes a closing reception and gallery talk on Sept. 27 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the gallery.
Dukno Yoon is an assistant professor at Kansas State University and has taught at several universities in Korea. He received his Master of Fine Arts at Miami University in Ohio and his Bachelor of Fine Arts at Kookmin University in Seoul, Korea. Yoon has actively exhibited his work in Korea, Japan, and the U.S., and has received several international awards. Yoon explores movements and mechanical structure as form to create small kinetic sculptures and jewelry.
The exhibit is sponsored by the Kahmeyer Visiting Visual Artist Lecture Series at Bethany College. This fund is supported entirely by charitable contributions in honor of Ray Kahmeyer.
Mingenback Art Center, located at the corner of Olsson and Second streets in Lindsborg, is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
