On May 18, Bethany College honored 118 students who earned Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Music, and Bachelor of Music Education from the college during the 2013-2014 academic year. Summer, fall, interterm, and spring graduates from 2013-2014 were honored during baccalaureate worship and commencement ceremonies on campus. The Reverend Dr. Gerald L. Mansholt, Bishop-elect, East Central Wisconsin Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and former Bethany College board member, addressed the graduating class of 2014 during the commencement ceremony. The Reverend Amy Kay Pavlovich, a Bethany College graduate of 1997 and owner of the Fair Trade store Connected in Lindsborg, preached during baccalaureate worship. Bishop Mansholt was also awarded an Honorary Doctor of Divinity. Mikhail Zhilin a Finance, Management: International Management major from Rostov-on-Don, Russia, was the senior speaker and Kaleb Feist, Instrumental Music Education major from Salina, was the senior musician performing on the tuba.
