Biography:
Paula Patterson received her Bachelor's degree in performance from the University of Iowa where she was a student of Betty and Roger Mather. She has done additional study with Dr. Frances Shelly of Wichita State University.

Patterson is Instructor of Flute at Bethany College. She has maintained a private teaching studio since 1979. She is currently principal flute with the Hutchinson Symphony Orchestra and the Bethany College Community Orchestra. She is a member of the woodwind trio, Trablas. She has served as clinician and adjudicator in the Central Kansas area.
