All candidates for freshman admission should submit the following:
Application for Admission and Scholarship,
Official secondary school transcripts listing senior courses,
Official senior grades when available,
Official test scores from either the American College Test (ACT) or Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT)
Besides the Application for Admission and Scholarship, all supporting information must be submitted in the traditional fashion to

The Application for Admission and Scholarship helps us get to know you and assist us in the evaluation process. Completion of the Application for Admission and Scholarship may take from 20 to 30 minutes. To expedite the process, you may find it helpful to have the following materials available during the application process:
- Driver’s license and Social Security card
- High school transcript and/or other secondary school information
- ACT/SAT information
- Family/personal information
Bethany offers three options to complete the Application for Admission and Scholarship.
1. Complete the Application for Admission and Scholarship online.
Fill in the required information on the form. When you have completed the entire form, send us your information by clicking once on the "Submit" button located on the bottom of the form. To clear the form, click once on the "Reset" button. There is not a processing fee when applying online.
2. Download the Application for Admission and Scholarship.
You may download and print the application. Then complete it and return by regular mail with your supporting documents.
3. Call or write the Admissions Office to request a complete packet, including a hard copy of the Application for Admission and Scholarship.
