The apartment-style residence hall Swede Suites was formally dedicated during Homecoming festivities on October 11, 2008. The building’s name was chosen by student vote.
Swede Suites are located directly south of Gregory Hall, on the corner of Kansas and Olsson Streets. The building includes 16 furnished units – each with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette and a living room – along with a three-bedroom unit compatible with the Americans with Disabilities Act. It houses up to 67 students and one residence life staff member.
