Ed (Ezra) Pogue received his MFA degree in 1989 from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Since the receipt of his degree Ed taught a variety of art courses at the College of the Desert in Southern California for four years. He also worked for several years in the art casting industry. Ed came to Bethany in 1999 from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco, CA where he taught sculpture courses and ran the foundry operations for four years. He was also the Assistant Director of the Sculpture Program at the Academy of Art College for one year.
