BETHANY HANDBELL ENSEMBLE IN CONCERT APRIL 29
LINDSBORG, Kan.—The Bethany College Handbell Ensemble will present a concert at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, in Presser Hall.
The concert is free and open to the public. It will feature ringing by the entire ensemble as well as several handbell quartets and duos. Selections to be performed include arrangements of “Amazing Grace,” “Deep River,” “Dona Nobis Pacem” and “Now the Green Blade Riseth.”
The ensemble is directed by Melody Steed, assistant professor of music and sacred music coordinator at Bethany College.
Bethany College, established by Swedish Lutheran immigrants in 1881, is a college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
