BETHANY COLLEGE ANNOUNCES HOMECOMING ROYALTY                         
 
            Seniors Danielle Mashburn of Frederick, Colo., and Brandon Krinhop of Lindsborg were honored as homecoming queen and king, respectively, during homecoming festivities at Bethany College this past weekend.
            Mashburn is a biology major and has been an orientation leader. She has played basketball and softball and has been a member of Tri-Beta, Gold Key and the Bio-Chem Club. Mashburn plans to return to Colorado go to med school. She is the daughter of Richard and Chris Mashburn. 
            Krinhop is a business finance and management major. At Bethany he has been co-captain of the football team and played basketball. He has been active in Special Olympics, intramurals and the Business Club and has been an orientation leader and a student ambassador. He is the son of Brain Krinhop and the late Brenda Krinhop.     
            Students in the homecoming court were:
            Emily Bynum, a communications major from Ramsey, Minn. At Bethany she has been a student ambassador, orientation leader and secretary of Sigma Phi Omega. She plans to go to graduate school. She is the daughter of Phil Bynum and Dianne Setness. 
            Chris Deines, a Christian ministries major from Wichita. At Bethany he has been a resident assistant and the co-president of the advocacy team. Deines also has been involved with campus ministries and worked in career services. After graduation he plans to attend seminary school and become a candidate for ministry in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. He is the son of Loren and Martha Deines.
            Josh Deschner, an accounting and business management major from Great Bend.  At Bethany he has been captain of the football team and a member of Business Club. He has helped with the Special Olympics for two years. He plans to work at Grant Thornton accounting firm in Wichita beginning in January while studying for an MBA at Wichita State University. He is the son of Brad and Karry Deschner. 
            Trisha Dietz, a biology and pre-med major from Garden City. At Bethany she has played basketball and been a member of Tri-Beta, Bio-Chem Club and Gold Key. She plans to attend medical school and become a dermatologist in rural Kansas. She is the daughter of Don and Rhonda Dietz.   
            Tori Everhart is a chemistry and biology major from Delta, Colo. At Bethany she has played tennis and has been a student ambassador, a resident assistant and a member of the Bio-Chem Club. She plans to go to pharmaceutical school and have a career in the pharmaceutical industry. She is the daughter of Scott and Vikki Everhart. 
            Candace Friedrich, a sports management major from Randolph, Kan. At Bethany she has played basketball and been involved in Gold Key, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Business Club and Student Congress. She has been a student ambassador, orientation leader and a sports writer for The Messenger, the college newspaper. She is the daughter of Curt and Cindy Friedrich.
            Christine Fischer, a sports management and communications major from Beloit, Kan. At Bethany she has been an orientation leader and a member of the Business Club. She has played basketball and participated in track and field. She plans to attend graduate school in exercise science and work for a major university. She is the daughter of Ken and Janet Fischer.  
            David Hardman, an art major from Missouri City, Texas. At Bethany College he has been involved with Bethany Student Ambassadors, Order of Omega, football, track, Greek Council, The Bethanian and intramurals. David has been a member of the Multicultural Society, the Bethany Youth Ministry Team and Alpha Kappa Omega fraternity. He received the New Outstanding Student of the Year award. David plans to take a year off and then go to design school. Someday he hopes to have his own clothing line. He is the son of Sandra and Ondra Hardman
            Angie Heinen, a biology and pre-med major from Valley Falls, Kan. At Bethany she has been involved in Gold Key, basketball, softball, the Bio-Chem Club and Tri-Beta. She also has been a student ambassador and senior class president. Heinen plans to attend medical school. She is the daughter of Jerry and Karen Heinen. 
            Chad Hitt, an accounting major fromWoodland Hills, Calif. At Bethany he has been co-captain of the football team and has been involved in Bethany Football Unity Council, Special Olympics and the Business Club. He also has been a resident assistant. He plans to study for a master’s degree in accounting. He is the son of Chuck and Sherry Hitt.
            David Hutfles, a sports management major from Seneca, Kan. At Bethany he has been on the baseball team and a member of the Business Club. He is the son of Sam and Sandy Hutfles.  
            Joshua Hypse, a psychology major from Ozawkie, Kan. At Bethany he has played football and has been a member of the Psychology Club, Law and Order Club, Alpha Omega, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Honors Law and Order Club. Josh plans to attend graduate school and study clinical psychology. He is the son of Dan and Stephanie Hypse
            Andrea Ohlman, history and political science major from Emporia, Kan. At Bethany she has served on Student Congress and the Student Activities Board. She played basketball and volleyball and has been involved in Law and Order Club, Gold Key and the honors program. Andrea also has been a resident assistant, student ambassador, sports writer for The Messenger, a Bethany Arc and an orientation leader. She plans to attend law school. She is the daughter of Gene and Jolene Ohlman.
            Tiffany Robertson, a social work major from Great Bend, Kan. At Bethany she has been co-captain of the dance team for two years. Tiffany has been a Bethany Arc and a member of the Bethany Students of Social Work Club. After graduation, Robertson plans to move to either Kansas City or Wichita to pursue a career in dance. She is the daughter of Kenny and Tina Robertson. 
            Travis Rohrberg, a biology major from Hays, Kan. At Bethany he has been a membr of Tri-Beta and the Bio-Chem Club. He also has played soccer and tennis. He plans to attend graduate school and study clinical laboratory science. He is the son of Kenton and Eileen Rohrberg 
            Jill Warner, a communications major from Lincoln, Neb. At Bethany she has been student congress vice president and president and sophomore class president. She has been co-captain of the dance team for two years. She was also a Bethany Arc, an orientation leader, a student ambassador, a Gold Key member and participated in the honors program. Jill plans to have a career in marketing. She is the daughter of Greg and Barb Warner 
            Tyson Weisshaar, a health and physical education major from Burlington, Colo. At Bethany he has played football and has been a student coach and the assistant softball coach. He plans to get his master’s degree and teach and coach. He is the son of Ron and Jean Weisshaar.
            Benjamin Zuker, a business management major from Minneapolis, Kan. At Bethany he has been a player and a coach for the basketball team. He is the son of Kelley and Kathy Zuker.
