LINDGREN TO GIVE JUNIOR RECITAL
Bethany student Joshua Lindgren will give his junior organ recital Tuesday, Nov. 28, at 7:30 p.m. in Presser Hall.
The recital is free and open to the public.
The program will consist of: Suite Gothique by Leon Böellmann; Prelude and Fugue in E flat major, BWV 552 by J. S. Bach; Chorale on Hertzliebster Jesu by Johannes Brahms; and the Toccata from the Piéces de Fantasie pour Grand Orgue, Second Suite by Louis Vierne.
Lindgren, a Lindsborg Organ Performance and Music Education major, is the son of Larry and Katherine Lindgren of Assaria and is a graduate of Smoky Valley High School.
At Bethany, he is a member of Beta Tau Sigma, the Bethany College Honorary Scholastic Society. He is also the president of Associated Music Students of Bethany College.
