BETHANY COLLEGE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA TO PERFORM NOV. 4
LINDSBORG, Kan.—The Bethany College Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Richard Koshgarian, will present its fall concert on Nov. 4 at 3 p.m. in Presser Hall.
The concert is free and open to the public.
The program will consist of Petite Suite by Claude Debussy and orchestrated by Henri Busser; Concerto for Clarino (Trumpet), Strings and Bass Continuo by Georg Telemann; and Symphony No. 4 in B flat Major, Op. 60 by Ludwig van Beethoven.
The 40-piece orchestra is made up of Bethany students and members of the community.
Bethany College, established by Swedish Lutheran immigrants in 1881, is a college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
