LINDSBORG, Kan.— All friends and supporters of Bethany College are invited to visit campus on March 30 for an open house in support of the Bethany in Kansas annual-fund campaign.
Guests are encouraged to bring contributions or pledges for the 2008 Bethany College annual fund. A reception will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. in Lindquist Hall, located in Wallerstedt Learning Center. Light refreshments will be served.
At 3 p.m., staff members from the Bethany College Advancement Office will give a presentation about the college, as well as offer a question and answer session. At 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m., Bethany College students and staff will be available to give guided tours of the campus, with a special emphasis on building projects.
“One Body, One Bethany is our campus theme this year, and it is also the slogan for Bethany in Kansas. We want our local alumni, friends and supporters to be part of all the positive things happening here on campus, from student accomplishments to facilities improvements. Making a donation to the annual fund is a meaningful way to support the college,” said Senior Gifts Officer Warren Olson, who is coordinating the campaign.
Bethany in Kansas is an annual local campaign, now in its tenth year of supporting the Bethany annual fund. This year’s goal for the Bethany in Kansas campaign is $100,000 for the annual fund.
The Bethany College annual fund is used to support yearly educational expenses, including student financial aid, classroom and library resources, and salaries.
