As a college of the Church, Bethany is called to serve the Church in two ways:
The Church in mission. Bethany College provides a Liberal Arts education within the Lutheran tradition, helping strengthen students' abilities to communicate articulately, raising students' curiosity to a more demanding knowledge base, bringing students to a stronger faith, and showing them how to problem solve in a more compassionate and dynamic manner, all the while preparing students to meet spiritual, personal, and social obligations.
A partner in ministry. As an educational institution, Bethany is uniquely capable of being a supportive resources for the Church, its congregations, and its people. Please check these pages frequently for resources that can help youth and family ministry, worship and Christian education.
