Your Bethany education is not limited to classrooms, labs, and textbooks; it includes your participation in our campus community. With 50 different student organizations, you will find plenty of activities to interest you. But if you don't find just what you are looking for, we invite you to start a new organization! At Bethany, we make it easy to develop extracurricular activities for you to enjoy. In addition to the activities themselves, groups like these introduce you to new people, gain valuable leadership experience and make a difference at Bethany and beyond.
One of the best things about Bethany is that it's an active campus.
With more than 40 student organizations, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved. In fact, if an organization is not offered, Bethany will help students start it!
As a residential campus, Bethany is focused on providing an exciting and enriching student life. Get ready for events like Swede Stock, where local and national bands perform outdoors, or Spring Fest, an all-out adrenaline-pumping affair complete with relay races, obstacle courses and jousting competitions. Or, check out lectures from famous guest speakers like filmmaker Ken Burns or former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev.
Other fun things to do include midnight movies, casino night, comedy improv, concerts, talent shows, bowling nights and more.
