Built in 1961 Deere Hall has two separate living areas. Deere Hall West entrance is on Second Street and is the female side of the dorm. Deere Hall East entrance is on Normal Street and houses males.
All rooms are air-conditioned suites. Lower-classmen will be paired with upper-classmen hopefully creating a mentoring arrangement that will help the incoming students acclimate more easily to dorm life and be better prepared for classes.
