Appropriate documents reflecting financial ability include one or a combination of the following:

Immigration Document Request for F-1 Visa
If you are admitted to Bethany College and are not a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident, you need a student visa to study in the United States.
Visas are issued by U.S. embassies and consulates, but you must have the proper documents in order to apply for one. This documentation is an immigration form, an I-20, issued by Bethany College. You must check with your U.S. embassy or consulate to understand the visa requirements and the visa application procedure. It may take weeks or months in some countries to be given a visa.
==================================
The following items will help you to complete the application process.
• If you complete the paper application for admission, please return it along with US $20 non-refundable processing fee made payable to Bethany College. Only international money orders or U.S. currency will be accepted. No request for admission will be processed until this fee has been received in the Office of Admissions.
• If you complete the online application, there is no fee. • Please answer all questions on the admission application form. If a question does not apply to you, please answer with N/A (not applicable). Sign the application to certify accuracy and completeness. An incomplete application may delay processing.
• Use your complete legal name (as on your passport) on the application and all other documents sent to Bethany College. Check to be sure that your name is the same on all documents that you will be submitting. Oftentimes, students spell their names in different ways or use more than one name, which makes it difficult to identify their records.
• Arrange to have the required test results sent to us by the testing agency.
• If you have completed university-level courses in your home country, you may receive credit for them. To be considered for credit, you must submit official transcripts (mark sheets) that indicate the length of the course, the course title, and the number of hours spent in class each week. Also please send a syllabus or a catalog describing the content of the courses you took at the university level.
• Bethany College requires that transcripts (mark sheets) be written in the official language of the school. If this language is not English, the documents must be sent with a certified English translation.
• Follow up. After several weeks but before the application deadline, contact International Admissions to make sure your application is complete and that your official documents have been received.
