Jodi Frisbie, Assistant Professor of Voice and Choir, joined the faculty at Bethany College in the fall of 2006, where she teaches Voice, Chapel Choir, Ear Training, and Opera Studio. She received her Masters Degree in Vocal Performance from Boston University and her Bachelors Degree in Music Education from Iowa State University.
She is an active performer, having sung roles with Boston Lyric Opera, Opera Omaha, Utah Opera, Indianapolis Opera, and numerous regional companies in the Northeast. She has also performed in concert with the Utah Symphony, the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and Boston’s Back Bay Chorale Orchestra, among others. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
