Physical Education

Professor Melissa Seacat is now in her second year in at Bethany College.  Prior to coming to Bethany she taught elementary physical education in Leavenworth and health and physical education at Lansing High School both in Kansas.  Her past experience in teaching, coaching, organizing and facilitating wellness programs and curriculum enhancement make here a strong asset for the HPEAT department at Bethany College. 
 
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, being active and working on projects around the house. 
 
Professor Seacat earned her B.A in Psychology from Wichita State University, and her Masters of Arts in Teaching Physical Education from Hastings College of Nebraska.
