In honor of the inauguration of Edward F. Leonard III as the thirteenth president of Bethany College, Bethany College will host a Celebration Ball with dinner and auction on April 12, 2008 in Stroble-Gibson Gymnasium.

Baby spinach with spring mix, chevre with balsamic vinaigrette.

Grilled fillet with burgundy sauce, or eggplant roulade with wild mushrooms.
