Bethany residence halls are staffed by Resident Assistants (RAs) and Senior Resident Assistants (SRAs), who are educated and responsible for community development in the halls. The S/RAs are supervised by Area Coordinators, professional live-in staff, who are responsible for monitoring building maintenance, assisting in the facilitation of the conduct system and promoting hall programs.
