There are different social organizations to explore on Bethany College campus, among them four Greek sororities and fraternities.

The governing board of the Bethany College Greek system is Greek Council.
Greeks at Bethany do not maintain residential housing and are not affiliated with national organizations. Bethany does sponsor a local chapter of Order of Omega, a national honor society for Greeks.
