Sean McMannis comes to Bethany from Burbank, Calif., where he had been the head girls’ soccer coach at Marantha High School for two years. He had also been the Crescenta Valley Soccer Club head coach for both boys and girls teams for four years.
McMannis is a 2005 graduate of The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, Calif., where he played soccer as a left back for four years. In 2001, his team won the NCCAA National Tournament in Florida. McMannis was the head scout for The Master’s College women’s soccer team (NAIA Div. 1) when the team ended its season ranked fourth in the nation. McMannis also holds a master’s degree in coaching and athletic administration from Concordia University in Irvine, Calif. He holds a NSCAA National Diploma and a USSF “C” license in coaching.
McMannis is married to Raeanna (Elze) McMannis of Fairfield, Calif., and they have two daughters.
