Dennis Stugelmeyer joins Bethany College as Vice President for Finance and Operations. Stugelmeyer began on July 15, 2013. Before joining Bethany, Stugelmeyer served as chief financial officer for Sisseton Wahpeton College for six years, and previously was director of business affairs for Concordia Language Villages, Concordia College. He has over 23 years of professional experience in higher education. Stugelmeyer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., and a Bachelor of Science degree in wildlife fisheries science and biology from South Dakota State University.
Amanda McLaughlin ’04 earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry Teaching and prior to returning to Bethany College to work in the financial aid office, worked in financial aid at IBMC College in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She has also taught junior high science in USD 321 at St. Mary’s, at USD 306 at Southeast of Saline, and was a program instructor for chemistry and biology at KS Kids@GEAR UP in Salina.
She enjoys reading good books, watching movies and spending time with her family. She is married and has two daughters.
Dale joined the Bethany College Business Office staff in February 2013 as a part-time accounting clerk.
From 1976 through 2012 he served as Director of Finance and Controller at Central Christian College in McPherson, Kan.
Dale graduated from Greenville College in Greenville, Ill. in 1965 and completed additional accounting training at Fort Hays State University.
Outside the office he is involved in church choir, enjoys several spectator sports and is an avid cyclist.
Terran received an Associate Degree in Accounting from Hutchinson Community College and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Business Communications from Fort Hays State University. She has over five years experience in accounting and when not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young son.
