| At Bethany College, learning doesn’t take place only in the classroom. Many students build a unique and practical education by learning off-campus: on the job, in other cities, and on trips and travel abroad.
Bethany’s Experience-Based Education program allows students to get credit for real-life apprenticeships, internships, business opportunities and more.
Several Bethany courses offer opportunities for travel, including a regular European travel abroad course and a travel writing course. For more information on available courses, see the Academic Catalog. Full-time students also may take courses at any of the other Associated Colleges of Central Kansas – Bethel, Kansas Wesleyan, McPherson, Sterling and Tabor – without the payment of additional tuition fees.
