Silencers are either rubber or cloth strips that tie around the top and bottom of your bow string that dampen vibrations that your string creates. These are usually used during hunting so if you miss, the vibration of the string will not scare off your game. Also there are many different types of sights that you can purchase for your bow, as well as stabilizers which help balance your bow during a shot.
