Gray, from McPherson, Kan., is majoring in studio art with a focus in painting. Since summer 2011 when Gray did light automotive painting for a fun project, she has been interested in this path. Gray is currently painting and drawing with airbrush on canvas and paper, bringing the automotive painting process into the studio environment on a smaller scale. She plans on using this new experience to ultimately paint on cars or other large scale projects.
“Disturbing the Peace” is a culmination of Gray’s four years at Bethany College. The works included are oil paintings, drawings, prints, ceramics, and sculpture. Gray’s current focus is graffiti, street art, and automotive influences.
