Bethany College Board of Directors Seeking Nominations for a Lindsborg Community Member to serve on Search Committee
The Bethany College Board of Directors is seeking nominations for a community representative to serve on the Presidential Search Committee. There will be a minimum of ten members on the committee. One of these members will be chosen from the Lindsborg community. If you have an interest in serving as the community member, or would like to nominate someone for that position, you can enter that information here. Before nominating someone, please confirm with them that they are willing to serve if appointed. The Executive Committee of the Board will recommend the Search Committee to the Board for approval, including the Lindsborg community member. All nominations should be submitted by March 18, 2024 AT 5:00 PM CT.
It is important that all candidates understand the timing and commitment of the work. There will be regularly scheduled meetings and periods of intense work beginning in early summer and ending in April 2025. While committee members are representing important constituencies, it is also important that they can work constructively with others who may have different priorities and that they will be open to consider a variety of views.
