Sodexo and Bethany College are pleased to announce Vincent Davis has been hired to be the Executive Chef for the Bethany College Dining Services by Sodexo. Chef Davis is from Columbia, South Carolina where he has been working as a Sous Chef for the health care industry for the past eight years. He was in charge of working with kitchen staff, vendors, and customers while following industry standards. His experience also included working as a Banquet Captain working closely with the Executive Chef analyzing and approving all food and beverage selections and developing positive relationships with guests and employees.
“Bethany College is committed to excellence as one of our six core values,” said President Will Jones. “I am certain Chef Davis will help to enhance the dining and catering experience for our students and guests.”
Chef Davis will arrive on campus in June and will be a great addition to the Sodexo/Bethany College team.
