Wednesday, June 5th

• 1 PM - Camper Check-In and Seating Auditions

Sunday, June 9th @

• 9 AM - Small Ensemble Concerts
• 11:30 AM - Camper Check-Out
• 2 PM - Large Ensemble Concerts (campers will leave from the concert!)

General Information

• High School- The cost of this camp is $150.00 per student, and Financial aid is available upon filling out the form.
• Middle School - The cost of this camp is $20.00 per student. 
• We will NOT be providing bedding, so all students must bring their own sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. to the camp.
• Concert attire is your camp shirt and modest bottoms. 
• Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a refillable water bottle. 
• Please bring a portable music stand. 
• Please bring your OWN instrument and keep track of your own instrument throughout the duration of the camp. Do not ever leave your instrument unattended. 
• Auditions will happen when you arrive on Wednesday. Be ready to play a short excerpt from something you have been working on that represents your playing well. 
• Lunch in the cafeteria will be $10 each for any additional guests. 
• We will use the BAND App for communication. Please register here. 

Camp Rules

• All camp activities are REQUIRED for ALL PARTICIPATING STUDENTS.
• All students are REQUIRED to be in only their dorm room. Going into other students' dorm rooms is grounds for camp dismissal. 
• No student is permitted to leave camp early unless they have explicit permission from the camp director, Laura Black.
• No student is permitted to leave campus for any reason during the duration of the camp (unless accompanied by a counselor, or from explicit permission by Laura Black). 
• All students are required to attend breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students will check in with their counselor at each of these three points daily.

Please note: We will NOT be providing instruments or sticks/mallets at this camp (except large percussion instruments). Students are responsible for bringing their instruments (this includes basses and tubas).
