New Student Checklist

Bethany College students who are new to the institution are required to provide a variety of information to the college to be sure all offices have the needed information to best accommodate their needs.

We have compiled the list of all forms with required links to fill out for your convenience.  This list is comprehensive.  Please be sure to keep track of what you have completed in order to avoid duplicate submission. 

All documents must be received by August 1, 2023. Failure to do so will hinder your ability to have a smooth check in process and/or participate.

Admissions:

All official (coming directly from the school) high school and college transcripts are required to be received by the Admissions Office by August 1, 2023. If you have taken college classes while in high school these college transcripts are also required to be received by August 1, 2023.

Bethany College requires all managers and student athletes to provide proof of acceptable health insurance.  All international students attending Bethany are required to sign up for Student Health Insurance through United Health Insurance.  United Health Care insurance is added to all student athlete student accounts until the student’s personal health insurance is accepted through the United Health Care portal ⟶

Once the insurance is verified the charged will be removed from the Bethany student account.

Mandatory Catastrophic Health Insurance: $240.00 – all managers and  student athletes are required to have this coverage.

United Health Care Student Charges - $2,094.00

Insurance will be charged:  Fall Semester - $875.00

Insurance will be charged:  Spring/Summer - $1,187.00
