Assistant Professor of Business

Dr. Kurt Siklar is Assistant Professor of Business at Bethany College. He earned his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Wichita State University in 2026 and holds degrees in Management, Business Administration, and International Management Studies. Prior to entering full-time academia, Dr. Siklar spent nearly 25 years in international business, logistics, and supply chain management, serving in leadership roles such as International Operations Manager and Export Transportation Manager. Dr. Siklar has taught business courses since 1998, bringing more than two decades of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. His areas of expertise include international business, logistics, supply chain management, and global trade.
