Bethany College students recently participated in the 41st Annual PERK (Psychological and Education Research in Kansas) Conference on Saturday, November 16, hosted at Kansas Wesleyan University and co-hosted by Bethany College. The conference aims to promote and share psychological and educational research, foster collaboration among students and faculty, and build collegiality across institutions in Kansas and beyond.
Bethany College student Carson Finke facilitated a thought-provoking roundtable discussion on their research, Religious Trauma: Heteronormativity and Queerness. Fellow students Ray Laster, Axel Shuler, and Cameron Post also attended, engaging with research presentations and connecting with peers and faculty from other institutions.
