Biography 
Don Robson is an artist and professor originally from St. Joseph, Missouri. Robson holds a Master of Fine Arts from Wichita State University and a Master of Teaching from the University of Central Missouri.

Throughout his career, he has taught at both the high school and college levels and also brings experience in marketing and print production. Most recently, Robson served as professor and chair of Concordia University Nebraska’s Art Department in Seward, Nebraska. Some of his notable contributions at Concordia include developing the Art Therapy program, Saturday Art School practicum for Art and Elementary Education students, and collaborative curriculum such as a Studies in Composition course comprised of Art and English majors.

An accomplished and published artist, Robson has exhibited work in juried competitions, solo and group exhibitions, and his art is featured in galleries, museums, and private collections across the country. His recent exhibitions include a solo show at Walter Piehl Gallery in Minot, North Dakota along with group shows at Marxhausen Gallery, Jackson Dinsdale Gallery, Norfolk Arts Center, and Sioux City Art Center.

Robson has been recognized with numerous honors, including Best of Show at the 2022 International All Media Exhibition (Northwest Arts Center, Minot State University). He was named Higher Education Art Educator of the Year by the Nebraska Art Teachers Association in 2017 and received Concordia University's Outstanding Teacher Award in 2013–2014.
