Hensel

Associate Professor of English | Coordinator of English Teaching 6-12

Before joining the Bethany faculty, Professor Hensel was an instructor at the University of Oregon. He received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin, his master’s degree at Baylor University and his PhD at the University of Oregon. He was awarded the Outstanding Composition Instructor in 2010 and has interests in Beowulf; monster studies and woodworking. He was awarded The Donna Meredith Humphreys Award for Teaching in 2018 and has interests in Beowulf and monster studies.
